The spring almost came on time. But not really, we were presented with what? 2 days of sun and 19 degrees, thinking we could start dumping the big coats on the chest but then it was all over as quick as it came. But fear not my pies, I'm confident we're going to have an acceptable summer in London. Ok, I'm not really but let's hope, yes? In the meantime, let's look at some spring looks so the time goes faster...

Morning pies! Well not so much morning since it looks like the time changed, right? I always get so confused when this happens due to all the bloody electronic devices that change automatically. Have to use the old microwave trick to check that it actually happened - not for long I bet, I'm sure they're already building a microwave and an oven that are so electronically evolved that change on their own too. Argh! Either way, even though they took us one hour of beauty sleep, they gave us one extra hour of sunshine, and that's what matters! On that line, I decided to post my first Summer post - and guess what?! Pictures taken with my new AWESOME camera! No one stopping me now...

Bom dia pies! Bem, já não é bem manhã sendo que parece que a hora mudou não é? Fico sempre baralhada quando a hora muda por causa dos aparelhos electrónicos todos que mudam automaticamente e uma pessoa nunca sabe a quantas anda. Tenho sempre que recorrer ao velho truque do micro-ondas para confirmar - não por muito tempo que de certeza que já andam para aí a fabricar micro-ondas e fornos tão electronicamente desenvolvidos que também já mudam sozinhos. Argh! De qualquer das formas, ainda que nos tenham tirado uma hora de sono de beleza, temos uma hora extra de sol e isso é que interessa! Assim sendo, decidi fazer o meu primeiro post de Verão - e...?! Com fotografias tiradas com a minha nova MEGA máquina! Excitamento.

You know those days where you have your outfit all planned out in your head, the combo set, the perfect picture in mind... And then it just doesn't work? Well, this was one of those days. I had bought a new Topshop top that would go perfectly with my stripy black & white trousers. As soon as I tried it on, there it was - that look in the mirror, rage in my face, outfit not working. Argh! It went all straight back to the shop, some cash back in my lovely account and happy face ahead of the shopping that was about to come. It's always good to return something, that feeling you can get something else for FREE - because let's face it, it is for free if you're not actually swiping your card. You're just not - you're picking something up, trying it on and taking that same item home without paying. It must count as free, even though you spent that exact money 2 days ago - it's free now so that's all that matters. After a little anger management, I finally found something in my (almost empty!) wardrobe that was comfy and trendy for a turist day around London with my bestie from school. What-a-lovely-day.

Still in Edinburgh - super late I know! It feels like ages ago since I've been away but luckily there are some busy weekends coming that I will post about soon. This was a comfy outfit to travel back to London with my fav statement jumper - keep goiiiing baby. Happy Sunday everyone x

My fav outfit of the whole trip. Well maybe because it was pretty much all new and what's new is obviously better. Until you wear it twice and then it's just as boring as any other piece in the wardrobe but anyyyyyway. I've been meaning to get a denim jacket since I was like 12. I know, it's ridiculous as there are denim jackets at every corner (sometimes literally!) but I could never find the right one and ended up giving up. Until I went Zara in Edinburgh (no, it doesn't matter that there are like 163 Zara shops in London, I will go there just because it's in a different place). It was completely unplanned but I just picked it up and that was the one - by only £7.99. I know, absurd. HA. No need to mention my amazing skirt that I'm head over heels with (again, from a shop that you can find in London every 10 metres) - and no, it's not a picnic blanket, it's just awesome.

It's been like a whole year since I started looking for new sunglasses. It's ridiculous I know. But for some reason I just couldn't find the right ones, they all seemed so normal and the same as the ones everyone already has and probably bought last season. Unacceptable! So, in a moment of madness, while my Mum was buying some proper reading glasses that make her look mega fashionable, I picked up these beauties - do we always treat sunglasses as a plural noun?! Weird - and fell in love. The brand is new to me, never heard of Thierry Lasry before but the sales dude said it was his favourite - of course he would...! I'm very happy with my purchase though. Now a bit of sun to bring them out of the box wouldn't be bad...
